- Obtain Food Handling Licence B
- Requirement for People working in the food industry as per L.N. 178/2001 and involved in the preparation & Production of Food
- Suitable for: Chefs, Pastry Chefs, Butchers, Bakers, etc.
- Also a requirement for those applying for their Work Permit/ VISA, teachers and child carers.
- Course fully recognised by the Food Safety Commission.
- Licence valid for 5 years.

I learned a lot of things here like how to be hygienic and the cleanliness to apply in my workplace.
I had experience before i started to work as waitress when i was came here in malta i dont know the foods here so i asking some maltese people before i ate the food It was covid time and i dont have work so i working as a partimers in hamrum restaurant so we starts the work with my colleuge we served the food,drinks suddenly i was serving i saw some flies in the glass wine. I call the manager and report them about what happened and i apologies to the costumer directly. Lesson learned here was double check 1st before you served. Cleaned your hands is very important.

Interesting and knowledgeable , learning on how the proper food handling process , the do’s and donts we need to memorize and follow for the food to eat and not to eat, the allergies and the proper preparation with proper utensils and machines to use. All topics are needed to know by everybody household or at work.
